Hayley McNeff (born. 1988 – died August 8, 2025) was an American professional bodybuilder, fitness influencer, and life coach. She was known for her success in competitive bodybuilding, where she won multiple state titles, as well as for her later work in fitness coaching and psychology. McNeff died at the age of 37 in Massachusetts.
Early life and education
Hayley McNeff was born and raised in Concord, Massachusetts. From an early age, she was involved in athletics and demonstrated a strong aptitude for sports. During her youth, she participated in equestrian activities, board diving, and skiing.
She attended Concord-Carlisle High School before enrolling at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where she earned a bachelor’s degree. Following her bodybuilding career, McNeff pursued graduate studies in psychology.
