Narvel Wayne Blackstock (born August 31, 1956) is an American music manager, television producer, and entertainment executive. He is known for his long-standing role in the country music industry, particularly as the manager and former husband of country music star Reba McEntire, as well as for founding the talent management company Starstruck Entertainment.

In 1989, he married country music singer Reba McEntire. The couple’s marriage lasted 26 years before they announced their separation in 2015. They have one son, race car driver Shelby Blackstock, and continued professional collaboration following their separation.
Following his divorce from McEntire, Blackstock has been reported in media coverage to have been in a relationship with Laura Stroud, a real estate agent and close acquaintance of his ex-wife.
