What you can write about

We accept guest posts in three core editorial categories. If your idea sits between them, pitch it anyway — strong, useful writing gets read first and categorised second.

Category 01

Write for us: Business

Entrepreneurship, startups, brand building, corporate reputation, leadership profiles, business Wikipedia notability, small business growth, and case studies drawn from your own operating experience. If you are searching for a "write for us business" opportunity with real editorial standards, this is the section for you.

Category 02

Write for us: News and Media

Journalism and PR practice, press release strategy, media relations, how coverage in reliable outlets is earned, celebrity and public-figure media analysis, and the mechanics of online publishing. Writers looking for a "write for us news and media" platform should bring sourcing discipline and a clear point of view.

Category 03

Write for us: Online Advertising

Paid search and social, programmatic, ad creatives, landing page strategy, measurement and attribution, and how advertising interacts with organic presence and brand search. If you have been looking for a serious "write for us online advertising" page, we welcome data-backed, experience-first submissions.

Guest post policy

Every submission is reviewed against the policy below. It exists to protect our readers, our contributors, and the long-term search health of this site, and it follows Google's published guidance on helpful content, E-E-A-T, and link spam. Read it fully before you submit — articles that ignore it are declined without review.

1. Originality and helpfulness

  • Content must be 100% original, unpublished anywhere else, and written for people first — not assembled to target a keyword.
  • We run every draft through plagiarism detection. Spun, scraped, or lightly paraphrased content is rejected permanently.
  • Mass-produced or entirely automated content with no human insight, editing, or original value does not meet Google's helpful content standards and will not be published.
  • Your article must answer a real question or solve a real problem better than what already ranks for the topic.

2. Experience, expertise, and authorship (E-E-A-T)

  • Write from first-hand experience wherever possible. "I ran this campaign and here is what happened" beats generic summaries every time.
  • A real author name, a short bio (40 to 80 words), and a headshot or professional profile link are mandatory. We do not publish anonymous or ghost-named guest posts.
  • Factual claims, statistics, and quotes must be attributed to reliable, verifiable sources — official reports, reputable publications, or primary data.
  • Topics touching money, law, or reputation are held to a stricter accuracy bar and may require additional sourcing before approval.

3. Link policy

  • Outbound links must add value for the reader. We allow up to two relevant external links in the body, plus one link in the author bio.
  • In line with Google's link spam policies, any link that is paid for, exchanged, or primarily promotional is published with a rel="sponsored" or rel="nofollow" attribute. We do not sell followed links, and requests to remove these attributes are declined.
  • No links to gambling, adult, pharmaceutical, crypto-pump, loan, or otherwise restricted niches, and no links to sites with thin or deceptive content.
  • Anchor text must be natural. Exact-match commercial anchors pointing at money pages are rewritten or removed at our discretion.

4. Formatting and quality

  • 1,200 to 2,500 words, structured with descriptive H2 and H3 subheadings, short paragraphs, and a clear introduction and conclusion.
  • Submit in Google Docs or Word format with editing access enabled.
  • Images are welcome if you own the rights or they carry a proper open license, with attribution supplied. Include descriptive alt text suggestions.
  • Write in clear English. Drafts requiring heavy rewriting are returned once with feedback; a second unusable draft closes the submission.

5. Editorial control and transparency

  • We reserve the right to edit for clarity, accuracy, style, SEO hygiene, and link attributes, and to decline any submission without detailed justification.
  • Published articles become part of this site and may be updated, consolidated, or removed as our content standards evolve.
  • Sponsored or commercially arranged posts are clearly disclosed to readers, in line with Google's guidance and standard advertising disclosure practice.
  • Submitting an article confirms you hold full rights to the content and accept this policy in full.
